Rotating or flipping large heavy items can be dangerous, especially if an overhead crane is used. Using a crane often requires a person to physically guide the item into place, and if a line snaps it could lead to injury or death. The Pascal mold flipper allows for the safe and quick rotation of large components at the push of a button, automatically moving it into position, making it a great asset to improving safety in manufacturing facilities.

Pascal’s industrial flipper enlists a patented roller gear design that is highly rigid and offers excellent durability. The electric motor driven system needs little to no maintenance adding to the time savings. Mold rotations can be completed anywhere from 15-60 seconds depending on the weight of the tonnage it is moving.
The standard SMR model can move anywhere from 1-50 tons.
1 ton: 15 seconds
3-10 tons: 25 seconds
15-30 tons: 45 seconds
50 tons: 60 seconds
The SMR-V model meant for large coils can move from 3-15 tons. This model comes with a special V shaped block ideal for rotating large coils or wire rolls. See video.
A safety fence and light curtain is available as well to stop people from approaching the device while it is in motion.
